Unfortunately, all sales are final. In the event that your item arrives damaged or defected, contact us via email at contact@theblkprints.com. We kindly ask that you provide, along with your order number, an image of the damage with a description of the issue. Please do so within ten days of delivery. Once we receive your request, we'll assess the damage and contact you to determine the needed outcome.

Here at Black Prints we commit to shipping items out within three to five days. We employ the Media Mail shipping option. It's a cost-effective way to ship your product to you. USPS estimates that items shipped with this method will arrive in approximately four to fourteen days. From our experience, it takes on average about six days.
