Looking for stationery that is for anyone and everyone who appreciates black people? Well...you've found it! Black Prints is a stationery company that embodies the love of African American culture and history. From the brand's color scheme to all of its content, everything is centered around the representation of "blackness". Black people are some of the most influential beings, but have lacked portrayal in products for so long... it was time for a change in the stationery world. Why not in today's climate?
There's a double entendre that birthed the name Black Prints. We use prints to identify ourselves...finger prints...foot prints. The word imprint carries the definition of making a mark or stamp. So our both our physical prints and the imprints we gift to the world, make us who we are.
The creative concepts initially were all about paying homage and honoring the accomplishments of African American figures of the past and present. With the growth of the brand, content has been extended to encouraging consumers to make their own legacies. Black Prints is all about celebrating those who've paved the way and creating our own impact...so let's get printed!

from the Creator of Black Prints
Some don’t understand why there are schools, clubs, and movements specifically for the black person. Being of African descent and having pigmented skin, forces the people who are covered in it to recognize its beauty, while everyone else sees it as a "disadvantage." We have to create things that acknowledge our culture, highlight our attributes ,and boast about our greatness only because society doesn’t automatically do so. Black Prints will be that in the world of stationery.
The future of Black Prints lies in the hopes of becoming a complete stationery company. Every product created with some part of our culture and history... or with the idea of creating your own prints. My biggest prayer is that you, my valued consumer, will enjoy using them just as much as I enjoy creating them!
